Do you feel constantly pressured to love your body and all it is and can do without question?
But you have questions. And frustrations. And honestly, loving your body feels way too hard right now.
You don't see much of that message, do you? That loving your body may be a hard leap.
So that voice in your head (I call it "the itty bitty shitty committee"), keeps telling you you should love your body and then it's also pointing out your flaws, and you just feel like a failure or maybe stuck and alone.
Maybe you're wondering if anyone else feels like a badass one day and then hates their reflection the next. Or if it's bad to miss your old body or want to change something about yourself. Questioning if anyone else feel afraid to admit that they don't love their body unconditionally.
One thing I know for sure.... you're not alone.
For years, my inner itty bitty shitty committee tore me apart. It had me fixated on the scale and every morsel of food I consumed. It made me obsessed with trying different diets and workouts. I hid myself in clothes and missed out on being present during so many experiences. I was also so afraid to admit that I didn't like my body, especially when I thought that loving my body was the only cure for hating it.
Talk Back isn't just a 4 week program, it's a conversation. It's a chance to let that inside shitty voice out. An opportunity to see you're not alone in your thoughts. A discovery of your body image and what shaped your stories. A path to fully realize your purpose in life can be more than just healing your body image.
Life is about so much more than just food, fitness, and what you look like...
But that shitty voice inside your head doesn't want you to believe that. So if you're game to start dampening it's volume, Talk Back is here to help! Just FYI- I am disgustingly good at helping you become aware of thoughts and actions that are/aren't serving you and I can't wait for the conversations and revelations that will undoubtably develop inside these four weeks.sh
That's exactly what we're going to explore in Talk Back because it looks different for everyone on a daily basis.
What if I told you that you're allowed to never be fully at peace with your body, because no one on this planet loves their body 100% of the time?
What if saying "I hate my body" or "I want to change my body" wasn't a bad thing, but just a thought to get out in the open and not judge?
What if you looked and admired someone else and that actually made you feel more at home in your own body?
Yes, "loving your body" is a great final destination, but it's a big f*ing leap. Especially if you've been picking yourself apart, hiding (in pictures, clothes, from putting yourself out there), constantly letting comparison take you down a deep dark wormhole, and being fixated on a certain weight or pant size for what seems like most of your life.
If you're not ready to leap, that's ok. Talk Back is here for the tiny steps. One after another to help you make a bridge between the two cliffs of body love and body hate so you feel good in your skin and have your back on the days when you don't.
TALK BACK IS FOR YOU IF YOU:
WHAT TOPICS WILL BE COVERED?
Each week the group will meet for a 60 minute live call on Zoom where we'll cover a different topic. No homework. Everything is done on our calls. There will be lots of question prompts and live coaching. If you are unable to attend the live calls, the recording will be posted afterward and you can ask questions/receive support on our private community page.
Dates/Times subject to change based on the group's availability. Please email angelabeaulieucoaching@gmail.com if the times are keeping you from joining.
WEEK 1: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26 @ 6:30PM CST | CHATTER BOX
Week 1 is gonna be a doozy-- in the best way possible. You will uncover your body story. How do you want to see yourself? How do you want to feel in and about your body? What does your inner voice say to you? Where fuels it? What is it holding you back from doing? How do you start to change it?
WEEK 2: WEDNESDAY, MAY 3 @ 6:30PM CST | THE GIFT OF GAB
Did you know that EVERYTHING you do (positive or negative) is serving you in some way. This week you'll dig in to self-criticism. What triggers it? How is it helping you? How do you turn that critic that feels like a bully on a playground into your friend? And yes, we will gab all about the difference between self-worth, self-confidence, and self-esteem.
WEEK 3: WEDNESDAY, MAY 10 @ 6:30PM CST | GOSSIP GIRL
How are you defining your worth? Your productivity, the scale, your pant size? Are you stuck comparing yourself to a younger version of you or maybe you spiral down a deep dark hole when you see someone on instagram has lost weight or is showing off their abs. Get ready to ask: Is comparison really the thief of joy? Can we normalize comparison? What is healthy vs unhealthy?
WEEK 4: WEDNESDAY, MAY 17 @ 6:30PM CST | THE BLAH'S
Weeks 1-3 are all about asking questions and building tools to quiet that inner critic. But that critic lives inside you and it's going to pop up-- so we're going to talk about fixating on goals and outcomes, the scale, people commenting on your body, bikini bodies, body positivity, body neutrality, and perfectionist type thinking so you leave knowing what feeling "good" in your body means to you and how to have your back on the days that your inner itty bitty shitty committee starts popping off.

Hi! I’m Angela! I love hummus and tiny spoons. I spent over a decade obsessing over my body and food. I wasted so much time stressing over calories, hiding in clothes, crying over the scale and ditching diet culture was my way out.
I always felt so alone. When I entered the fitness space in 2012, I vowed to make my mess my message so other women wouldn't feel so alone in this world that tells us smaller is better.
To keep spreading my message beyond the gym and expand my knowledge to truly impact lives, I became a certified Nutrition & Health Coach in 2021 through Precision Nutrition. I am currently a level 2 Health Coach and am working on passing the NBWHC exam to become board certified ( fancy, I know :) )
I believe that your life wasn't meant to be spent just focusing on food and fitness and fixing your flaws or body image.
I want you to know that I don't think you need healing or fixing because you aren't broken. I do think we all want to feel understood and seen. I'm here to support you in finding ways to feel however you want in your body without your inner critic tearing you apart.
You can't take on the world like the badass you are if all you do is talk shit to/about yourself, right?!?!
I can't wait to support you in Talk Back!
If you have any questions about the course-- please email me at angelabeaulieucoaching@gmail.com and we can set up a time to chat!
CLIENT RAVES
Before working with Angela, when I looked in the mirror my attention would be drawn to the things I didn't like... I'd pull at my arm flab, or try to suck in my stomach. Now, I am learning to appreciate all the things my body can do. I know that I am not my weight. I have so many other great qualities to offer the world.
Being in a group, I realized that so many people are going through the same struggles. This program helps you to understand that you are not alone, and it gives you so many resources and tools to truly live your best life.
Angela's passion for helping others on their health and wellness journey is so evident!

"Before I was not comfortable in my skin. I just wanted to be anyone but myself. It was a constant battle of what I looked like or what others saw when they looked at me.
After working with Ang, I look at myself in the mirror and smile. I don't give a shit what anyone else thinks because I love me :)
Angela also helped me see that I am exactly where I need to be and that is enough. "
-Lakyn
"I was in a hole. I was scratching my way out of 2020, periods of darkness, depression, sadness, and sometimes debilitating self doubt. Reflecting back, Angela faced such an incredible hurdle coaching all of us during this time, but especially me...my mindset about myself and my capabilities changed drastically.
I also learned a lot from everyone else’s experiences, it was definitely out of my comfort zone, but the group pushed me to open up and do the work. Every time Angela coached anyone during a call, I came away with a different nugget, another tool to use in my own life. Angela is an incredible coach."
-Emily
"I loved the group - these ladies are amazing. The open and honest conversations were just what I needed."
-Shannon
"ANGELA CHANGED MY LIFE!! No joke!! Angela, is the most phenomenal person I've gotten to work with. She's direct, empowering and honest. I no longer feel guilty about honoring my cravings and love the body that I'm in now, whereas, before I would tear myself down. Every day is a clean slate in my wellness journey and I get to decide how I feel and how to nourish myself as best as possible.
Angela- Thank you for championing me and encouraging me to love me for who I am. I'm so grateful for our time together."
-Kalindi
"I have become kinder to myself--I have worked hard to turn down the volume on my internal dialogue that was often so mean and counterproductive.
I felt like it was such a gift to my body to be able to focus on treating it well, rather than making it small."
-Emilia
