Each week the group will meet for a 60 minute live call on Zoom where we'll cover a different topic and there will be time for Q&A. If you are unable to attend the call live, the recording will be posted afterward and you can ask questions/receive support on our private community page.
WEEK 1: DITCHING DIETS | Monday, February 20th at 6pmCST
-Uncovering why diets don't work and how your body uses calories
-Understand exactly what intuitive eating is and is not
-Define what feeling better means to YOU and how to set realistic and attainable goals
-Measuring progress without the scale
-Optional: complete a 3 day food journal and receive personalized feedback
WEEK 2: GENTLE NUTRITION | Tuesday February 28th at 6pmCST
-Understanding gentle nutrition and how to start applying it
-Learn about macronutrients (carbs, proteins, fats) and how to build a balance plate
-What are hunger cues are and how to start tuning in to them
-How to know how much you're eating without ever tracking a calorie again
WEEK 3: ALL ABOUT CRAVINGS | Tuesday, March 7th at 6pmCST
-Dive deep into hunger, willpower, and cravings
-Uncover your stories around "good" and "bad" food
-How to stop avoiding foods or overeating constantly
WEEK 4: REAL WORLD MINDSET | Tuesday, March 14th at 6pmCST
-How to stay consistent when life gets busy
-Making you and your health a priority
-How to navigate eating out, going on vacation, getting sick, and falling "off track"

Hi! I’m Angela and I spent over a decade of my life stressing over food and hating my body.
I became a Precision Nutrition certified health coach so I could help women reclaim their relationship with food, exercise, and their body so they are making memories instead of counting calories.
I follow an intuitive eating approach which means I support you in breaking your food rules, learning how to listen to your hunger and fullness cues, understanding your cravings, and finding a way to accept your body every step along the way.
